Agreement to terms

These draft terms describe expected use of Crew Route Pro. Final terms must be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch.

SaaS subscription access

Crew Route Pro is provided as subscription software. Customer companies receive access to the app based on active subscription status, active licenses, and authorized users.

Licenses and user seats

Licenses control who can access Crew Route Pro. Roles control what each user can do. Every company has exactly one Owner/Admin license.

Additional Admin/Scheduler and Supervisor/Crew licenses are billed separately. Customers can add or remove eligible licenses through the billing tools when available.

Admin responsibilities

Customer Administrators are responsible for company settings, user access, roles, licenses, billing recovery, business data accuracy, and removing users who should no longer have access.

Acceptable use

Users may not upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, share credentials, or use the system to store payment card numbers, social security numbers, bank account data, or unnecessary medical details.

Payment and billing

Stripe handles payment processing. Crew Route Pro does not store full payment card numbers. Subscription access, invoices, payment methods, and billing updates are managed through Stripe-hosted tools when configured.

Trials

If a free trial is offered, the app will show the trial period and trial end date. The current setup supports a 14 day trial. Billing after the trial depends on the active Stripe configuration and selected licenses.

Cancellations and failed payments

If a subscription is canceled or payment fails, administrators may still be able to access billing recovery tools. Other users may be temporarily locked out until billing is restored. Company data is not deleted solely because of a payment issue.

Customer data

Customers are responsible for the business data, employee records, customer records, photos, signatures, documents, imports, exports, and reports they enter or upload.

Support view

Crew Route Pro support may use Support View for troubleshooting. Support View should require a reason, be limited to support needs, and be recorded in the audit log.

No professional advice

Crew Route Pro is operational software. It does not provide legal, tax, medical, employment, safety, compliance, or industry-specific professional advice.

Regulated industries

Companies in regulated industries are responsible for confirming whether Crew Route Pro fits their compliance requirements. Crew Route Pro does not currently claim HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, or other formal certification status.

Service availability

Service availability, support response, maintenance windows, limitation of liability, dispute procedures, termination rights, and changes to terms must be finalized with legal counsel before public launch.

Contact

Support and legal contact details should be finalized before production launch.
