Every company has one Owner/Admin license. Add Additional Admin/Scheduler licenses for office users and Supervisor/Crew licenses for field users. Roles control permissions after the user signs in.
The Owner/Admin license is for the business owner or main administrator. It includes billing, settings, users, feature settings, jobs, schedules, reports, and enabled modules.
Additional Admin/Scheduler licenses are for office users who help manage scheduling, customers, jobs, reports, and daily operations.
Supervisor and Crew licenses are for field users who need mobile access to assigned jobs, notes, photos, timers, signatures, and completion steps.
14 day trial
Your trial lasts 14 days. The current Stripe setup allows a no-card-required trial. If a payment method is added and the subscription is not canceled, billing starts after the trial. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. You can manage payment methods, invoices, and subscription changes through the Stripe Customer Portal.
